Hey, hey, hey friends!!
We are still in Hilton Head finishing up a couple of things before heading home. So I’m going to make this short and sweet!
We are almost at the finish line and I can’t wait. This is when it’s go time for us. Lots do buy and lots to do!
With this house, we had to get rid of basically all of the furniture. Thankfully Joseph found a couple of things on Facebook Marketplace and at a cute little furniture store right off the island.
I’m so excited to start putting it all together. Y’all know how much I love the decorating side of flipping a beach condo or house.

They were installing the shiplap last night….don’t you just love it?!!
